MediaCityUK. Manchester’s creative hub. Home of technology, arts and entertainment. And now, a shiny new development that’s paving the way for the city’s ‘build-to-rent’ market. No pun intended.

Atlas Residential’s first project in Manchester not only needed a name and brand identity… It needed a better understanding of the existing property landscape, and to cement its position within it. Through competitor reviews, location and demographic-based research, internal stakeholder interviews and more, we built a huge database that would help map out a strategy, and inspire creativity.

Of course, we could also draw on our own familiarity with Manchester and Salford, our beloved home turf. The result? Welcome to the home of entertaining living a.k.a The Green Rooms.

Built from pillars that include pioneering, professionally creative and culturally connected, the final brand conveys a unique, exciting proposition. This, combined with killer creative inspired by the area’s TV and radio heritage, is helping The Green Rooms stand out in a busy marketplace. Now it’s up to us to go after that defined target audience, with a kick-ass digital strategy. Watch this space.
