Our media and creative teams came together, building a campaign that would embody the Merlin brand pillars. Enter: Built For Fun. With its sharp, engaging message, it was broad enough to capture the brand's essence and varied offering, appealing to the masses, but also resonating with specific target audiences, both old and new.

A strategy that was towers above the rest

We then promoted different strands of this messaging to the right people at the right time using paid social, in-feed content and display. Every piece of content was optimised for the specific channel, be it Instagram, Facebook or programmatic display. We optimised content for awareness or conversion, but each piece contributed to our ultimate goal of increasing online ticket sales.
