Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a digital project manager who understands the end-to-end lifecycle development of projects that centre around website outputs. You will take the lead for the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects spanning UX/UI, Creative, Development and Marketing workstreams, all whilst managing internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with delivery experience, confident in working with the team and clients to scope, plan and deliver the projects using different frameworks for delivery; waterfall, scrum.

The role:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, acting as point of escalation to support the teams in removing delivery obstacles
  • Create and deliver project work plans in conjunction with the Account Director and team specialists and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient
  • implementation of project.
  • Submit project status reports to stakeholders; anticipate and react to change within the change request framework
  • Daily management of timesheets against jobs to ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Manage regular retainer requests through the business
  • Champion the use of the Cube3 scheduling tool, attend Production meetings and ensure briefs are readily available in advance of scheduled bookings
  • Manage and communicate the financial and resourcing update of projects regularly to the Project Director
  • Work with the specialists and wider team to ensure the project scope is aligned to the Project vision
  • Work with developers and designers to define and document questions and work as the communication between stakeholders and delivery team

Skills & Experience

  • A great eye for detail is essential as is a passion for delivering high quality and innovative projects.
  • Digital agency experience is essential. Things move pretty quickly around here.
  • You will have strong organisational skills capable of juggling many work streams simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
  • You will be a bright, highly motivated, proactive and confident person, who is willing to seize responsibility as and when required.
  • Experience of using Jira as a delivery tool, is not essential to the role but would be beneficial.
