Creative Director

We are in search of a Creative Director who has a love for ideating and executing campaigns across both the brand and marketing landscape.​ ​The main responsibility of the Creative Director is to direct all creative operations within the agency, including our Brand, UX and Marketing teams. You will help ideate, develop and manage creative strategies to help improve and grow our clients.

In this role you'll be involved in planning advertising, supervising the entire creative process and guiding the team that works under you.

You will also be heavily involved in pitching ideas to both new and existing clients, building client relationships from a creative standpoint, full of ideas and ready to push boundaries, whilst knowing implicitly what will work across channels for campaigns.

An eye for detail is a must and ideally an understanding of technologies that utilise personalisation and dynamic content.

Responsibilities

  • Take briefs and interpret challenges into concepts
  • Contribute to brand and creative campaign planning across online and offline channels
  • Contribute and lead on creative thinking and output for pitches and proposals
  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
  • Interpret creative and present creative concepts or strategies to clients
  • Support more junior team members in the training and upskilling of creatives within the agency
  • Support the growth of Cube3’s creative reputation
  • Building an environment for the creative team to work in and oversee their ideas and projects
  • Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency
  • Overseeing several projects from start to finish in parallel, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented
  • Understanding the commercial aspects of the agency
  • Recruitment, management and taking responsibility for developing the creative team

Requirements

  • Outstanding portfolio bursting with current, fresh and cross channel thinking.
  • Hands-on experience in creative process of campaign ideation and production, working with in house and external contractors.
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Ability to support and guide more junior members of the team
  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
  • Forward thinking and ability to create future proof creative that can live both online and offline

Desirable

  • Knowledge of how to direct or create creative/ compelling video content quickly.

This position requires a people person. Someone with drive, dynamism and excellent personal and presentation skills. They will need an extensive knowledge of graphic fundamentals, print and web capabilities, a keen eye for detail, as well as marketing and advertising principles. They will need to be ready to roll up their sleeves and work across the agency, with multidisciplinary teams, to deliver exceptional and meaningful work that has purpose, and gets results.
